Job Description

Job Opening: Data Entry Analyst

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Industry: Manufacturing / Foundry

Key Responsibilities

Accurate data entry of production, quality, purchase, sales, and inventory records.
Maintain and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, and daily dashboards.
Enter and verify production reports, dispatch data, rejection & rework data.
Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and accounts teams for data accuracy.
Ensure timely reporting to management with error-free data.
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and digital records.
Support data analysis for productivity, efficiency, and cost tracking.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.

Skills & Technical Requirements

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and report formatting.
Basic understanding of manufacturing / foundry terminology preferred.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Familiarity with ERP / accounting software is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Commerce / IT / Management preferred)
Experience: 1–4 years in data entry / MIS / analyst role
Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,686.27 - ₹26,952.18 per month
