𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞: Legal and Compliance Officer

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Full Time at our Faridabad office (On-site only)

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Competitive, commensurate with experience

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

UClean is looking for a mature professional with at least 2+ years of experience in legal and compliance functions, exceptional English communication skills, and a strong ability to drive compliance including collections, adherence to brand standards and supporting franchises in achieving full compliance

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

·     Provide legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.

·     Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.

·     Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

·     Manage and oversee royalty collection processes to ensure timely payments and compliance with agreements.

·     Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required.

·     Conduct regular audits and compliance checks across various departments.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.

·     Minimum of 2+ years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.

·     Experience in collections, compliances and contract management is a must.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·     High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·     Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.

·     Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
