We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Reporting Associate to join our team in #Pune. The ideal candidate will be a recent #graduate in #Commerce (#Bcom), Economics, or Finance with strong mathematical skills and excellent #English #communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools, is essential. Candidates with #NISM #Series #XV (Research Analyst) certification will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and presentations. Use #Excel and other MS #Office tools to manage data, generate #dashboards, and support business decision-making.
2. Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per organizational and client requirements.
3. Maintain complaint register, respond to #client's #queries and follow compliance procedures.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection, validation, and presentation.
5. 0-2 years fresh graduate may apply.
