Job Description

As a Compliance Manager at a global leader in the distilled spirits industry, you will be a key member of the global compliance team, working closely with the Senior Director of Compliance to shape and execute strategy, lead key initiatives, and help expand the program's global footprint. Your role will offer broad exposure to all aspects of compliance and potential supervisory responsibilities, providing a unique platform to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic, values-driven company. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for: - Supporting the Senior Director of Compliance in developing and executing global compliance strategy - Leading compliance due diligence for business partners, including distributors and suppliers - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate third-party compliance risks - Assisting with data analytics initiatives to monitor trends and identify compliance risks - Managing ethics hotline reports, ensuring timely investigations and documentation - Coordinating annual compliance risk assessments and contributing to enterprise risk management - Administering compliance tools and platforms, including training and reporting systems - Leading or supporting global compliance training, certifications, and culture surveys - Acting as a regional ambassador for the compliance program, supporting local implementation - Conducting or supporting internal investigations and mentoring junior compliance staff **Qualification Required:** To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in ethics and compliance - Strong understanding of global compliance risks, regulatory expectations, and compliance program elements - High ethical standards and integrity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and time zones - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with senior leadership **Additional Details:** - **What Makes You Unique:** - Global or Multinational Experience - Third-Party Risk Management - Data Proficiency - Compliance Tools & Platforms - Graduate Degree or Professional Certification - Regulatory Awareness As part of Brown-Forman, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, solve problems, seize opportunities, and belong to a place where teamwork matters.
