Overview Of The Role As a Senior Supplier Risk Manager at Flutter Entertainment, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement the supplier risk management framework. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will assess, identify, and mitigate risks associated with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance and enhance risk controls. This role will also involve supporting the design and configuration of the SRM module and related systems for the upcoming implementation of Coupa, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Risk Management Strategy & Process Development: - Assist in crafting and maintaining a comprehensive Supplier Risk Management (SRM) governance framework. - Develop and deploy a Target Operating Model (TOM) for SRM, including operational workflows, accountability matrices, and escalation pathways. Supplier Risk Management (SRM) System & Technology: - Oversee the tools, processes, platforms, and systems for effective risk management and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and facilitate the development of solutions for risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: - Work with stakeholders to develop solutions for risk assessment and reporting. - Support the rollout and implementation of the SRM team in Flutter Entertainment India (FEI). Additional Responsibilities: - Lead risk assessments for suppliers, including onboarding and periodic reviews. - Ensure comprehensive vetting of new and existing suppliers through the supplier due diligence process. - Maintain a risk register to track and manage supplier-related risks and align SRM efforts with broader business objectives. To excel in this role, you will need: - 5+ years" experience in risk management, supplier/vendor/third-party management, or a related field. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change. - Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple risk domains and business functions. - Excellent communication skills, both independently and within a team. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. - Experience working in a global capacity and qualifications related to Risk Management are advantageous. - Interest in sports and gaming industries and familiarity with risk management software and procurement systems.
