Compliance Analyst

About the Role

We are hiring a Driver Compliance Analyst to support our UK transport operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be comfortable handling international calls, and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all driver records, documents, and compliance requirements meet UK standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with UK-based drivers and transport partners via calls and emails for document verification and compliance updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver licenses, certifications, and compliance documents.
• Track and follow up on document expirations, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
• Audit driver files, trip sheets, and inspection logs for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and share compliance status reports with the UK team on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance of new drivers.
• Ensure all activities adhere to UK transport and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in international process / driver compliance / coordination roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — must be confident on calls.
• Comfortable working in UK shift timings.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UK logistics or transport compliance processes.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems or CRM tools.
• Prior experience in BPO or international support operations

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
