Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements under LODR (BSE, NSE), SEBI, ROC, etc.
• Maintain all statutory records including Minutes, Registers, and Company Policies.
• Assist in organizing Shareholder, Board, and Committee meetings.
• Prepare Agendas and Minutes for Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings.
• Coordinate with Shareholders, Registrars, and Secretarial Auditors.
• Assist in the preparation of reports such as Directors Report, Annual Report, and Corporate Governance Report.
• Handle Insider Trading and ESOP-related compliances.
• Manage all Secretarial and Legal Compliances for the company.
• Keep updated with regulatory changes and ensure continuous compliance.
• Draft and review legal and corporate documents.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Listed Company Compliance with Stock Exchanges and SEBI.
• Good drafting and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive learner with a keen interest in gaining broader exp
