Company Secretary

About the Role

We’re looking for a qualified Company Secretary who can help us stay compliant, maintain smooth corporate governance, and be the go-to link between our Board, stakeholders, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage Board & Shareholder meetings (agenda, notices, minutes).
• Ensure timely compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, MCA, and other regulations.
• Maintain statutory registers and records.
• Handle filings, returns, and ROC/SEBI correspondence.
• Advise management on corporate governance best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Knowledge of corporate law & compliance requirements.
• Strong communication & drafting skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Qualified CS (ICSI) with experience in a Limited Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dehradun City, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• Company Secretary: 4 years (Required)

• Hindi (Required)
• English (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
