Position: Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
• Prepare, draft, and file necessary ROC forms, returns, and company documents.
• Organize and manage Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and committee meetings including drafting of notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Maintain company records, statutory registers, and ensure proper documentation of resolutions.
• Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Handle company secretarial functions including incorporation, shareholding changes, and compliance audits.
• Support management in drafting policies, agreements, and legal correspondences.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with MCA, RBI, SEBI, and other authorities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and related legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
