·        Handling of all ROC compliance under the Companies Act 2013 like Director change, Auditor change, Annual Filling, Change in register office etc. and Filing requisite e-forms with the registrar of Companies

·        Handling of all RBI and FEMA compliances viz. Fc-GPR, Fc-TRS, FLA return, ECB filing etc.

·        Maintenance of statutory registers, records, etc.

·        Drafting of agenda, notices, minutes for the board, general meetings, and organizing the said meetings including virtual meetings

·        Preparing annual reports and returns of the organization.

·        E filing of various forms.

·        XBRL reporting for filing Financial statements of companies

·        Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits.

·        Incorporation of various Companies/LLPs including the Foreign Subsidiary Companies and dealing with the Foreign Clients

·        Shifting of Registered Office from one state to another

·        Liaisoning with the ROC and RD

·        Handling of various compliances of IEC, GST, and other authorities

·        Having knowledge and exposure of compliances relating to foreign companies

·        Legal & financial due diligences, advisory

·        Vetting & framing of contracts, MOU, agreements
