About The Role

Were looking for a Company Secretary whos sharp, reliable, and compliance-focused. Youll be the backbone for all things corporate governance, legal compliance, and board matters. If you love precision, structure, and making companies run clean and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, RBI other applicable laws
Handle Board Meetings, General Meetings prepare notices, agendas, minutes
Maintain statutory registers and filings (ROC, MCA e-filings)
Draft and vet agreements, resolutions, and policies
Liaison with regulatory authorities MCA, ROC, RBI, etc.
Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and stakeholders
Manage secretarial audits, annual returns, XBRL filings
Advise the board on good governance practices and compliance
Support MA, share transfers, and capital restructuring as needed

Must-Haves

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI membership)
Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, FEMA
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with ROC/MCA online systems
High integrity and confidentiality
