Company Secretary

*Company Secretary* with 2+ years of post qualification work experince required in a *corporate governance consulting firms* based in *Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC)*, Mumbai

*Fresher CS, semi CS, and lawyers with prior experience in Corporate Governance or related research role can also apply*

JD:

- *Collect compliance-related data from annual reports* , company websites, stock exchange filings, and stock exchange portals

- *Prepare compliance checklists as per the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, identifying non-compliance areas*

- Analyze collected data and conduct research on Corporate Governance topics for in-house newsletters

- *Write reports and blogs on Corporate Governance*

- Gather and analyze Corporate Governance information on Indian companies to create concise reports

- Monitor news on Corporate Governance in India and globally

- *Track international changes in Corporate Governance norms*

*5 days work week*

*Flexible 9-hour shift* between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM

Salary up to *Rs 10 lakh per annum*
