You will be joining Veloxa Transport and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as a Company Secretary, a full-time hybrid role located in Thiruvananthapuram with some work from home flexibility. You will play a crucial role in organizing and facilitating board meetings, managing communication between the board and stakeholders, and providing advice on legal and regulatory matters. To excel in this role, you should have experience or be a fresher in corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory affairs. Proficiency in preparing and maintaining corporate records and documentation is essential, along with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required, while a professional certification as a Company Secretary would be an added advantage.
