Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Secretary with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, while also providing support to the board of directors.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant statutes.
Manage and maintain statutory registers and records of the company.
Prepare and file necessary documentation with regulatory authorities.
Facilitate board meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings.
Advise the board on corporate governance matters and compliance issues.
Liaise with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of annual reports and financial statements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law or any related field.
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI is mandatory.
Strong understanding of corporate laws and governance practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
