Dispute Resolution Litigation Management: Oversee legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration, ensuring effective resolution and minimal business disruption. Coordinate with external legal advisors to manage strategy and representation. Lead the resolution of commercial disputes through mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings as needed.
