We are seeking a skilled Voice Process Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a voice process role, bringing strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
