We are seeking a skilled Voice Process Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a voice process role, bringing strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Achieve individual and team targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
