Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Voice Process Executive to drive for Internet Leased Line, Broadband, and IT Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
• Maintain a steady sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.

Business Development:

• Promote on Internet Leased Line, Broadband, and IT Solutions to businesses.
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide information on pricing, features, and benefits of the company’s offerings.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.

Reporting & Market Insights:

• Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Keep track of competitor activities and market trends in IT sales and broadband solutions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong communication, negotiation, and cold calling skills. Ability to generate and nurture leads through telephonic and online channels. Knowledge of Internet Services, Broadband, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Solutions. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure solutions.
