Job Brief

We are seeking to employ experienced Company Secretary to lead critical engagements, advise clients on regulatory matters, and drive governance excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing expert advisory on Company Law, FEMA, and LLP Act matters, handling complex issues independently.
• Managing end-to-end governance compliance for subsidiaries, private/public companies, LLPs, and Section 8 entities.
• Leading corporate transactions such as private placements, buybacks, and compounding of offences.
• Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team, and creating robust processes and checklists for quality delivery.
• Driving technology adoption to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
• Enhancing the firm’s thought leadership by conducting webinars and writing articles on Corporate Governance.
• Supporting the development and optimization of internal systems and processes for scale and effectiveness.
• Leading client discussions, ensuring alignment with governance best practices and compliance expectations.

Education & Certification Qualifications

• Company Secretary (ICSI qualified)

Must Have Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and advisory.
• Strong expertise in Companies Act & FEMA; exposure to IBC/NCLT matters.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and professional excellence.
