We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer as a role of Partner to lead and manage litigation matters across various domains, including civil suits, arbitration, commercial disputes, matrimonial disputes, company law matters, RERA matters, consumer court cases, MSME disputes, breach of confidentiality cases, and IPR-related disputes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing litigation practice, strategizing, handling and managing client interactions, supervising court proceedings and mentoring team members.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage client relationships and lead client meetings and calls, overall costing and budgeting and expenses of practice and contribute to growth of the firm.
• Team management: Assign work, supervise and mentor junior lawyers and review and finalize legal drafts.
• Case Strategy & Execution: Strategize the next steps in litigation matters, lead case discussions, and ensure seamless execution of legal proceedings.
• Court Proceedings: Oversee and ensure all court proceedings are conducted as per planned strategy.
• Legal Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and finalize pleadings, petitions and legal opinions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal frameworks, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.

Must Have

• Profession & experienced in Litigation, civil, corporate, commercial and dispute resolution.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple litigation matters independently.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in handling legal team.
• In-depth knowledge of court procedures, civil, corporate and commercial laws.
