About the role: .The role of the candidate is to ensure that Company complies with laws relating to secretarial function as well as maintaining highest standards of corporate governance. Expectations/ : 1. Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act and othercompliances. 2. Coordination with statutory, internal & secretarial auditors. 3. Managing secretarial group compliances. 4. Any other secretarial matters as may be assigned from time to time. Education: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or A degree in Law will be preferred or pursuing the CS.
