Community Manager

This is a high-impact role where you’ll wear multiple hats: strategist, relationship-builder, storyteller, and culture shaper.

• Build and scale the

  EventEye Student Chapter Program

  across colleges.
• Grow and manage

  EventEye WhatsApp Communities & Channels

  to engage students at scale.
• Curate & share

  high-value content

  across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Manage relationships with

  college societies, tech clubs, and cultural committees

  .
• Onboard, train, and support

  Chapter Leads & community ambassadors

  .
• Host and moderate events, meetups, and digital activations.
• Track community metrics (growth, engagement, retention) and optimize for impact.
• Act as the

  voice of the community

  inside EventEye — channeling user feedback to product & leadership teams.

• Strong passion for

  community building & student engagement

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  WhatsApp Communities, Channels, and social media growth

  .
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proactive, self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.
• Social media savvy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord/Slack).
• Past experience in

  clubs, societies, events, or community ambassador roles

  is a plus.
