Internship Opportunity - Community Manager (2 Months, Paid)

About Paynback

Paynback is a growing fintech platform building a smart payment and engagement ecosystem. We are looking for energetic students who can help us onboard new users, connect with merchants, and engage with our community.

Role: Community Manager Intern

Duration: 2 Months

Stipend: Paid Internship

Location Preference: Kollam, Trivandrum & Pathanamthitta (students from these districts preferred)

What You’ll Do

Onboard new users to the Paynback platform.

Identify and approach potential merchants for onboarding.

Engage with students and merchants to build an active community.

Support campaigns, events, and promotions to increase adoption.

Share weekly updates on user/merchant engagement and growth.

Who Can Apply

College students (preference given to those currently studying in Kollam, Trivandrum, Pathanamthitta).

Strong communication & networking skills.

Interest in fintech, sales, and community building.

Self-driven, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
