About EventEye EventEye is a fast-growing event-tech startup revolutionizing how students and organizations host, manage, and scale events. In the last 3 months, we’ve onboarded 9500+ users , powered 70+ events , and collaborated with top brands and communities across India. Our mission: to make every event — from hackathons to cultural fests — seamless, data-driven, and impactful. Role Overview We’re looking for a Community Manager who will be the heart of EventEye’s student and partner network. You’ll build, engage, and grow vibrant communities of student leaders, campus societies, and brand partners across India — with a strong focus on WhatsApp Communities, Channels, and social media engagement . This is a high-impact role where you’ll wear multiple hats: strategist, relationship-builder, storyteller, and culture shaper. Key Responsibilities Build and scale the EventEye Student Chapter Program across colleges. Grow and manage EventEye WhatsApp Communities & Channels to engage students at scale. Curate & share high-value content across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Manage relationships with college societies, tech clubs, and cultural committees . Onboard, train, and support Chapter Leads & community ambassadors . Host and moderate events, meetups, and digital activations. Track community metrics (growth, engagement, retention) and optimize for impact. Act as the voice of the community inside EventEye — channeling user feedback to product & leadership teams. What We’re Looking For Strong passion for community building & student engagement . Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Communities, Channels, and social media growth . Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Proactive, self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup. Social media savvy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord/Slack). Past experience in clubs, societies, events, or community ambassador roles is a plus. What You’ll Get Chance to build one of India’s largest student event communities .
