Community Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members. As a Community Manager, you will be the face of our co-working space, ensuring that our community is engaged, supported, and thriving.

Responsibilities:

• Member Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities for members.
• Onboarding: Welcome new members, give tours of the space, and ensure they are familiar with all amenities and services.
• Support: Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing any concerns or needs promptly and effectively.
• Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
• Events Management: Plan and execute community events, from casual meetups to professional workshops, ensuring they run smoothly and meet members' needs.
• Space Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully functional.
• Social Media: Manage social media accounts to promote events, share community highlights, and engage with members online.
• Feedback: Gather and analyze member feedback to continuously improve the community experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-1 year experienced candidate can apply.
• Female candidates are preferable.
• Candidates from Surat and nearby locations are allowed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for building and nurturing communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
