Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally , have a strong understanding of accounting principles, and be capable of independently handling end-to-end accounting activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/Prime . Handle journal entries, ledger posting, and account reconciliation . Preparation and finalization of books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements . Manage payables and receivables , vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements . Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits. Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed asset registers . Ensure compliance with all company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations. Generate financial reports and MIS as required by management. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience . Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is a must. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws (GST/TDS), and statutory compliances . Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software/tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
