Communications Manager

A Noida based NGO Wishes and Blessings is looking for a dynamic Communications Manager to lead our communications, branding, and outreach efforts, ensuring that our story touches more lives and inspires greater participation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the NGO’s mission and fundraising goals.
• Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
• Work closely with leadership to align communication efforts with organizational priorities.

Content Creation & Management

• Oversee the creation of engaging content including newsletters, annual reports, blogs, website copy, and donor communications.
• Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) to build brand presence and drive engagement.

Internal & External Communications

• Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with program and fundraising teams for donor updates, proposals, and impact reports.
• Organize and promote events, campaigns, and community outreach programs.

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track performance of communication campaigns using analytics and reporting tools.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
• Maintain and update communication databases, media contacts, and archives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in communications, PR, or branding roles (preferably with NGOs or social impact organizations).
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong storytelling and content development skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with

Pls note this is a full time position.
Salary negotiable depending upon experience

Excellent written and spoken communication skills is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
