We are looking for a candidate who has an interest in our work, good writing skills, great managerial skills and a creative flair. An ideal candidate must have the ability to generate content that reflects our design ethos and maintain the practice's voice across all outreach channels. Responsibilities: Coordinate and anchor media packages for the projects. Manage and optimize resource deployment in the group. Analyze the work intensity in the group and assign priorities. Establish SOPs for ease of functioning of the group in alignment with the Practice. Conduct periodic reviews of all works and develop efficient strategies to lower turnaround time and higher output. Enforce and emphasize time-bound completion of tasks. Identify risks promptly and help navigate them. Increase the visibility of the group within the organization and outside. Improve cross-functioning dynamics across various groups within the organization. Develop a training module for new hires in consultation with HR. Manage key press relations. Education: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in architecture or urban design Preferred: A bachelor's or master's degree in research Experience: Years: 5+ years Industry: Architecture and Communications Skills (Mandatory): Skilled user of email handling software, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work carried out.
