Job Description

We are looking for a Communication Coach to elevate functional and leadership communication capabilities across cohorts with varying client exposure. This role will support scalable communication excellence within a diverse workforce of approximately 1,600 employees, driving consistent and impactful communication that aligns with our organizational objectives.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Strong Functional Communication Expertise

  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Experience coaching on business communication, email etiquette, and client-facing conversations

Leadership Communication Coaching

  • Proven track record of working with mid to senior-level leaders on presentation skills, influencing without authority, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to benchmark and assess leadership communication capabilities

Training Design & Facilitation

  • Skilled in designing and delivering customized coaching interventions (1:1 and group sessions)
  • Experience with blended learning approaches (Instructor-Led Training + eLearning + on-thejob reinforcement)

Assessment & Feedback

  • Ability to conduct communication assessments (verbal, written, and client simulations)
  • Provide actionable feedback tailored to varying levels of functional expertise

Good-to-Have Skills & Experience

  1. Exposure to global client servicing environments (helpful for evolving capabilities teams)
  2. Deep experience in business communication or coaching (e.g., ICF, NLP, or equivalent)
  3. Familiarity with cultural nuances in communication for global teams
  4. Experience working with high-growth organizations where communication standards are evolving Ability to leverage technology (eLearning platforms, AI tools) for reinforcement and scalability
  5. Understanding of digital media, advertising, or related industries to contextualize coaching for roles in Media Planning, SEO, Analytics, and Campaign Engineering
  6. Ability to train on technical language and communication specific to AdOps, Digital Investment, Programmatic, Social, Search, and E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a communications capability roadmap for varying cohorts (high, medium, low functional capabilities)
  2. Coach ICs & PMs with varying client exposure to prepare them for client-facing roles
  3. Partner with leadership to embed communication as part of growth metrics and capability benchmarks
  4. Support in defining and cascading communication benchmarks beyond hiring
