Job Description

Role Overview: As a Consultant in the Comms & Media (C&M) Industry Practice within Accenture's S&C Global Network team, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions for clients in the Communications, Media & Entertainment industries. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Deliver independently lead delivery tracks of M&E professional services engagements with partners and clients in OTT, broadcast, film, animation, and sports. - Acquire new technology skills and serve as trusted advisors for internal and external customers, including global M&E customers and IT leaders. - Lead delivery of small to medium-size teams to deliver management consulting projects for global clients. - Lead innovation transformation programs and process enablement for clients. - Develop assets and methodologies, point-of-view, research, or white papers for use by the team and larger community. - Support the global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice. - Lead proposals, business development efforts, and coordinate with colleagues to create consensus-driven deliverables. - Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements, business process flows, and functional requirements. - Execute a transformational change plan aligned with clients" business strategy and context for change. Qualifications Required: - Skills in one or more Media Industry areas with Consulting focus. - Experience in roles such as Functional Business Analyst, Product Owners, Process Designers, Service Designers, Scrum Masters, Program Delivery Managers. - Certification in PSM/CSM/SAFe/ICP-ACC. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
