Lean Agile Coach - Remote How You'll Help Us: As an Agile Coach , you will work with Client Delivery Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the NTT DATA Business Agility Enablement team to assist with ongoing deployment of Agile practices across clients. You will primarily serve at the team level but will be expected to also inform and interact at all levels of organizations to partner at scale and create buy-in for change. Establish collaborative partnerships with key players in change and guide them through their own Lean-Agile change journey. Required Qualifications: 10+ years experience across a full development life cycle at leadership level responsibilities. 5+ years experience in customer-facing interactions where you partnered with stakeholders to guide them through Lean-Agile adoptions. 5+ years experience comprehending compelling reasons for change and sense of urgency, 5+ years experience capturing, understanding, and reliably conveying direct business needs and guiding the solutioning of complex problems. 5 + years competency of agile fundamentals such as lean-agile values, principles, and practices. As well, their optimal application and outcomes desired. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or other Agile Certification required . Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Skills: Multiple framework and competency certifications.
