Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager in the Trailer Division/Commercial Vehicles sector. The Sales Manager will oversee business development by identifying new market opportunities, establishing relationships with prospective clients, and expanding market share in the commercial vehicle industry. The role requires creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team, providing product training, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and sustained growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales expertise and strategic planning skills specific to the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership abilities and experience in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and identifying industry trends
  • Sound knowledge of commercial vehicles and trailer divisions is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in handling projects or clients in a similar domain is a plus
  • Organized, result-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
