Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Associate role located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The associate will also contribute to resolving issues, facilitating communication with other teams, and providing training or assistance to improve customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team may also be required to drive customer retention and engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduation is required
Minimum 1 year experience is required
Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service to effectively address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve customer retention and engagement goals
Experience or interest in Training and coaching customers or team members to enhance service delivery
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using customer service tools and CRM software is a plus
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
