Job Description

WE ARE HIRNG FOR THE ROLE : CUSTOMER SUPPORT

LOCATION : ADYAR

SALARY RANGE : 15K - 20K

MANDATORY : HINDI

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.
Provide product information related to games, consoles, accessories, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery-related issues.
Manage and resolve complaints regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and store teams for stock or service updates.
Update customer interaction details in the CRM or system.
Explain return, replacement, and exchange policies clearly to customers.
Follow up with customers until the issue is fully resolved.
Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude in every interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
