Senior Manager - Commercial

  1. Sub-contracting/ Procurement/ Vendor Finalisation:

    • Proven ability to source, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize sub-contractors and vendors across all construction activities, including structural works (RCC), finishes, and MEP.
    • Given the project follows a cost-plus model, this responsibility will account for approximately

      60%

      of the role.
  2. Assess material procurement processes to ensure costs align with the approved budget.
  3. Lead a team of billing engineers, ensuring accuracy and correctness in all billing processes.

  4. Cost Monitoring & Client Approvals:

    • Continuously monitor project costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
    • For any cost variations, secure necessary approvals from the client.
