Tasks: Commercial Contract Drafting: Establishment/inspection of commercial conditions for offer, contract drafing for orders, framework agreements, supplier contracts and negotiations as per the requirements. Examination and negotiation of contractual terms and conditions for projects with bilateral contracts or tenders. Commercial Project Management: Independent and autonomous commercial project management in the assigned projects. Quotation preparation and quotation/order comparison, credit check, guarantee coordination, SAP processing, preparation of order confirmation as well as delivery and export documentation, export audit. SAP Master Data Maintenance & Invoicing: Maintenance and management of order-related customer and project data. Invoicing of orders; processing commissions and monitoring of incoming payments. Calculation & Claim Management: Order-related cost controlling, execution of final order cost summarization. Coordination with managers for goodwill/warranty orders. Handling and coordination claim management with concerned project manager. Annual Financial Statement: Support to ensure the completion of the financial year closing processes. Handling of logistics, import and export related documentation. Education: Minimum educational qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Finance. Past experience of a relevant sector will be an advantage. Additional Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP. Business-fluent English skills, additional language skills desirable. Basic software skills, expert level of MS-Office know-how. Problem-solving abilities and attention to details. Willingness to travel and easily be able to accommodate oneself in multi-cultural environment. Strong organizational and communication skills.
