Commercial Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform core accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and reconciliations
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for finance and accounting processes
• Support and drive ERP implementation and enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, testing, and deployment
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business and management decisions
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors during finance system implementations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives
• Support finance product-related initiatives and system integrations

Core Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations
• Proven Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in finance processes
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Understanding of finance products and financial operations
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools

Stakeholder & Business Skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and leadership
• Experience translating business requirements into system or process solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects
• Exposure to automation, RPA, or finance digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
