Job Description

:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender & Procurement Executive to manage tender documentation, vendor coordination, and procurement activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle tender filing processes, including documentation, submission, and compliance with tender requirements.
Prepare accurate quotations as per client or project requirements in a timely manner.
Procure materials as per specifications and ensure timely delivery.
Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance tracking.
Track deadlines, respond to correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain workflow.
Ensure effective and timely communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support business operations.
