Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections Manager, with a primary location in Kurnool and some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include overseeing the collection of payments, developing and implementing collection strategies, analyzing accounts for overdue balances, managing a team of collection agents, and ensuring efficiency in collections processes. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and compliance with financial regulations while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and customers.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Debt Collection, and Credit Control
Team Management and Leadership skills to oversee and guide a collections team
Proficiency in Communication and Negotiation to resolve issues effectively
Experience in Developing Strategies and Process Improvement approaches under set regulatory standards
Familiarity with relevant software and tools for collection and account management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to work under deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage stress
Prior experience in the financial services or payment solutions industry is a plus
