Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Collections Manager role based in Gopalganj. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage collection activities to ensure timely recovery of dues. Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, supervising and supporting the collections team, handling escalations, and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts. The role requires effective communication and coordination with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and minimize delinquency rates.

• Familiarity with debt recovery procedures and applicable laws

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in collections, recovery, or related roles is advantageous
