Required Skills

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end collections process.

•Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates.

•Lead, train, and motivate the collections team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

•Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

•Prepare collection reports and present performance insights to senior management.

•Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.

•Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in collections or credit management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and collection software/tools.
