Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee the entire collection process from start to finish.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts through effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the collections process.
Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in Collection Management or related field (NBFC).
Strong knowledge of Collections, Recovery, Tally, and other relevant software tools.
Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers over phone calls.
