Role & responsibilities

SPOC for a Service Provider in the BFSI industry Role & Responsibilities • Manage relationships with allocated clients being major NBFC and banks • Take overall responsibility for collections against allocated client loan portfolios, both secured & unsecured • Interface between clients and operations teams; manage client expectations, and monitor operational performance • Ensure timely reporting on portfolio performance and strategise to improve productivity and performance • Grasp opportunities for growing business volumes with the allocated clients • Well conversant with call centre, field, and digital modes of collection Candidate Profile: • CA / MBA Finance • 10-15 years in the BFSI Industry, with experience in both collections & sales with large NBFCs / Pan India collection agencies • Good leadership quality • Good spoken & written communication skills • Strong numerical, analytical, & data interpretation abilities Compensation Package & Location VGM Consultants is looking for a mature finance sector professional with sound experience in collections.
