Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing, scaling, and optimizing our affiliate network. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and nurturing affiliate partnerships within the NBFC/Fintech domain, with a strong focus on generating quality traffic, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Affiliate/Partnership Marketing, preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintechs.

•Strong network of affiliates, publishers, and traffic sources in the loan/finance space.

•Proven track record of driving traffic and leads through affiliate channels.

•Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics – CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI.

•Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

•Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

•Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms & fraud control mechanisms.
