Collections Manager

Key Responsibilities

Tele-Collections (Bucket X)

• Handle

  Bucket X (0–30 DPD)

  delinquent Auto Loan customers through outbound calling.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, reminder calls, and recovery commitments.
• Reduce roll-forward from Bucket X to higher buckets.

Portfolio & Performance Management

• Analyse delinquency trends and identify high-risk accounts.
• Track customer repayment behaviour and create recovery plans.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets & improve portfolio health.

Vendor / BPO Coordination

• Coordinate with call centre partners, monitor caller productivity.
• Ensure adherence to call quality, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
• Share weekly performance updates and take corrective actions.

Compliance & Customer Handling

• Follow RBI-compliant collection practices.
• Ensure ethical, professional, and non-coercive customer communication.
• Maintain accurate call logs, system updates, and remarks.

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain daily MIS reports, bounce reports, and recovery dashboards.
• Share portfolio updates with the reporting manager.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with

  2–6 years of experience

  in

  Auto Loan / PL / BL / Retail Loan Collections

  .
• Experience in

  Tele-Collections / Bucket X calling

  preferred.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under targets and high-volume calling environment.
