Job Description

Job Opening: Collections Manager (Call Centre) Female

Location

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team handling collections across:

Personal Loans
Business Loans
Unsecured Loans
Credit Cards
Retail Banking

Oversee end-to-end collections operations:

Dialer management
Bucket handling
NPA management
Shrinkage control
Attrition reduction

Implement effective call center strategies to:

Improve recovery rates
Reduce delinquencies

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance collections processes
Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines related to debt recovery

Additional Duties

Monitor and assess call quality through live barging
Identify training needs and manage upskilling of callers
Ensure all collection executives are DRA trained and certified
Track performance against targets and support internal control measures

Candidate Profile

Gender
: Female (as per role requirement)
Experience
: Minimum 5–6 years in a call center environment, preferably in collections
Skills
: Strong leadership, compliance awareness, process improvement, and team management
