The Business Analyst BRE role involves leading the design, documentation, and implementation of business rules using BRE platforms such as Experian, FICO Blaze Advisor, Drools, or DMN tools. The position focuses on driving automation and accuracy in decision-making processes across lending products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, interpreting lending policies, defining and configuring decision rules, and ensuring accurate rule implementation across loan products. Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills are essential.
The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including credit, risk, operations, IT, and external vendors, ensuring compliance with NBFC regulations and internal policies.
