Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Collections Manager at BFIL. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring collections staff performance, and ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding debts. The role will involve setting collection targets, training team members, and handling escalated collection issues. Additionally, the Collections Manager will need to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records of all collection activities.

Qualifications

Experience in managing collections processes and developing collection strategies
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to handle escalated collection issues effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
