Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers on overdue payments via phone calls, field visits, and other channels.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries related to collections.
Maintain daily records of follow-up actions and payment commitments.
Ensure timely recovery of dues to achieve monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for account resolution.
Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to the supervisor for timely intervention.
Adhere to regulatory guidelines, company collection policies, and code of conduct.
Submit MIS reports on collections performance and field feedback.
Location: mumbai,delhi,pune,bangalore,hyderabad,chennai
