Collection Manager

Job Title: Collection Manager/Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Collection professional with a proven track record of managing and recovering debts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of collection laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and resolve complex debt issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and recover debts from individual and corporate customers

- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet targets

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

- Analyze and resolve complex debt issues, negotiating settlements and payment plans

- Ensure compliance with collection laws and regulations, such as RBI guidelines and IBC

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to improve collection efficiency

- Monitor and report on collection performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related field

- Strong understanding of collection laws and regulations, including RBI guidelines and IBC

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting collection targets and improving collection efficiency

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Salary: 15 LPA CTC

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Law preferred)
