Job Description

Position : Manager - Branch Collection

Location : Valajambalam , Ernakulam

Hike on Salary + Fixed Monthly Allowance +Other statutory benefits

Regular monitoring and follow up of high arrear accounts across CSPs of the Branch
Carry out REPO action following due procedures in chronic cases
Initiate and launch special settlement /reconstruction schemes to reduce the arrear
Prepare learnings across the CSPs on what went wrong and share with all for avoiding recurrence of such happening in collection.
Support BM in disposal and settlement of all REPO accounts.
Periodic collection review at CSPs
Carry out planned REPO activities to minimise the arrear and improving collection.
Ensuring Compliance/Implementation of company’s norms and process on collection operation.

Co-ordination with police and local agencies to address challenges

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
